The Holy Jew of Peshiske, Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchok, was in the forest with his disciple Reb Peretz. Listening to the birds chirping, Peretz said, “I would like to understand what they are saying.” The master replied: “And what you, yourself, are saying, you already understand?”1

In our sessions I will provide a haven of calm where you will learn how to lower your guard and listen to yourself. How? Stress and anxiety are caused by our internal responses to the outside world. Addressing those stressed and anxious parts inside you will help you respond better to outside situations. Think of me as a guide traveling with you through your internal landscape, pointing you in the right direction and helping you navigate obstacles and roadblocks.

I also specialize in working with men who struggle with assertiveness and confidence. "Assertive" is often confused with "aggressive." As a result, some men act aggressively in an effort to assert themselves while others behave passively for fear of coming off as aggressive. Either way, you have not achieved confidence and you are not effectively getting what you want from your career, relationships, and life. I will help you learn to attain assertiveness and cultivate confidence.

Contact me now. I can’t help you understand the birds, but I can help you understand yourself.
